Welcome to our website for Exhibitors and Arts & Crafts Vendors. We are honored to host, on average, more than 150 different AI/AN Tribes and First Nations during this annual conference. The primary areas of focus for this conference include: public health wellness and disease prevention, behavioral health, and diabetes prevention. Since space is limited, we invite you to submit an application to be an exhibitor/vendor as soon as possible. Space is limited to 25 exhibits and assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  In order for us to process your application, you must complete all sections of the application form.  The registration fee is $400 per table. Each vendor registration comes with one (1) conference pass. Additional conference passes are available at $150 each. Please note, in order to access any conference food, you will need tickets and a conference pass. Please check your application for errors, as your information will be printed in the 11^th Native Women and Men’s Wellness Conference program guide. 

All applications are subject to committee approval.
